Ph.D. candidate Kyungso Min awarded Fellowship from Seoul National University

Ph.D. candidate Kyungso Min has been awarded the Junior Fellowship from Seoul National University Kyujanggak Institute’s International Center for Korean Studies. Originally founded as the royal library of the Joseon Dynasty in the late 18th century, the Kyujanggak stands as one of the key research institutions and archives of Korean Studies today. During her fellowship at the Kyujanggak, Kyungso will conduct research on Korean new media art institutions, event sites, and artists for her dissertation project, “After Translation: Performing Transnational Belonging through the Languages of the Future in South Korean and Japanese New Media Art
