Eden Lew is an interdisciplinary designer from Texas with a broad body of work consisting of graphic design, UX/UI, packaging, furniture, architecture, exhibition design and design strategy. Armed with a BFA Design degree from the University of Texas at Austin, she moved to New York to immerse herself in the energy and hustle of the city. At the School of Visual Arts Masters in Products of Design program, she completed a one-year thesis exploring the intersection of criminal mastery and design. After graduating, Lew has worked as a freelancer with many companies such as Gensler, Pentagram, MoMA Design Store, Barkbox, Daily Harvest, Samba TV, The Royal Society of the Arts, and the Health Design Lab at Jefferson University. In 2018, Lew teamed up with creative technologist Josh Corn to found Double Take Labs, an experiential design firm that creates unique interactions, installations, and exhibits that inspire others to take a second look. Double Take Labs has produced a Robot Circus at the New York Hall of Science and a large interactive ghost installation at Brookfield Place, dreaming up fun, future exhibits with their clients. In quarantine, Lew and Corn are writing a report on ideas for the future of experiential interaction design and developing remote games and robotics. edenlew.com
