IAIA | Unsettling the Landscape, Virtual Panel Discussion w/Kendra Greendeer (Ph.D. Candidate)

The Research Center for Contemporary Native Arts (RCCNA) at the Institute of American Indian Arts is hosting an online panel discussion. The panel features IAIA A-i-R artists, Mona Cliff (Gros Ventre tribe (A’aninin/Nakota Nations), Erin Genia (Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate/Odawa), and Margarita Paz-Pedro (Laguna Pueblo, Mexican American). The discussion will be moderated by RCCNA Mellon Scholar Kendra Greendeer (Ho-Chunk), artists will discuss the role of mural arts in the cityscape and particularly the role of Indigenous women creating community around visual resurgence. Q&A session to follow talk.
