James Watrous Gallery | Mining the Archive Artist Reception

Join artist and curator Stephen Perkins along with the Wisconsin Academy staff to celebrate the opening of the exhibition Mining the Archive: Subspace Works and Artists’ Accordion Books at the James Watrous Gallery. In this two-part exhibition, Perkins will showcase the extensive collection of artists’ prints, ephemera, and accordion books that he has developed over decades of research and collection. Artist talk will begin at 7:00pm.
Free and open to the public. Light refreshments available. Masks recommended.
Mining the Archive will be on display February 10 through April 9. Gallery hours are Thurs-Fri 12-6 p.m., Sat- 11-5 p.m. and Sun 12-5 p.m. Learn more about the show here:
