MMoCA: “Live from the Icon: Yoga with Skye Moss”

Join local instructor Skye Moss for MMoCA’s first-ever yoga session! Suitable for all experience levels and admission-free, the virtual Kripalu session will be broadcast live from the Museum lobby and made available to view and download following the initial livestream date.
A note from Skye: “In this yoga session we will be connecting our mind and body, using pranayama and the asanas to create a deeper connection to one’s self. Celebrating and loving things our bodies can do… With time and practice you’ll begin to see yourself as a work of art. Beginners are welcome!”
Follow along with Skye as she flows in front of Mask, a floor-to-ceiling installation of colorful ribbons created by Miami-based artists Roberto Behar and Rosario Marquardt, on view as part of Full Circle: Acquisitions and Exhibitions.
