MMoCA | The Rider

Join us in the MMoCA Lecture Hall for The Rider (2017, Chloé Zhao) which is about a young rodeo rider who is trying to rebuild his life after a fall from a bronco left him with a horrific head injury.
MMoCA Cinema screenings begin at 7 PM in the Lecture Hall. Tickets go on sale at 6:30 PM in the MMoCA Lobby, are $7 for nonmembers over the age of 18, and free for members and those under 18.
EXHIBITION
This film influenced Kenneth Tam’s “Silent Spikes,” which examines masculinity and male vulnerability. “Silent Spikes” is on view in the Imprint Gallery through February 27, 2022.
