MOWA | “Be Seen” Launch Event

Radio Milwaukee is teaming up with the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project to bring you our newest podcast, “Be Seen,” focusing on Milwaukee LGBTQ history from Black Nite, Milwaukee’s first LGBTQ uprising, to our drag history, to the longest running gay bar.
To celebrate the launch of “Be Seen,” we’re hosting a launch party at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel on Thursday, June 2 from 5:00–7:00pm. Join us and take in the Museum of Wisconsin Art’s “Legends of Drag” exhibit, Saint Kate’s “Queer Mythologies” exhibit, and learn more about Radio Milwaukee’s “Be Seen” podcast.
