MOWA: “From Aquaman to Zorro: A Conversation with Cartoonist Peter Poplaski”

Join MOWA’s Associate Curator of Contemporary Art J Tyler Friedman and cartoonist Peter Poplaski for a live streamed talk on art, life, and comic characters.
Poplaski started his comics career in the underground comix scene in the early 1970s and now divides his time between the United States and France. Poplaski’s work can be seen as part of MOWA’s “Wisconsin Funnies: Fifty Years of Comics” exhibition on view through January 10, 2021.
