Virtual History Day in the Capitol
February 23, 2021 @ 9:15 am - 3:00 pm

Join history advocates from around the state to thank lawmakers for their support of Wisconsin history and to remind them of the critical roles that state and local history, and the Society, play in collecting, preserving, and sharing stories.
Sign up by Friday, Jan. 29 to participate in this important day.
History advocates like you are wonderful at creating enthusiasm and expressing the need to preserve and share our stories from generation to generation. This year more than ever, history organizations have displayed resilience in continuing to connect the public with the past. Help us thank our lawmakers for their past support of history and reinforce awareness of all that our organizations do throughout the entire state and in local communities.
Due to the ongoing public health crisis, this year’s advocacy day will be held virtually. We invite history advocates throughout the state to call lawmakers on Feb. 23 as part of our first-ever virtual History Day in the Capitol.
