While you should certainly take advantage of the office hours of your professors and teaching assistants, you may find it helpful to seek out further advising guidance, such as assistance in plotting a path through the major, help in applying for study abroad programs, discussing whether honors in the major/senior honors thesis might be a good option for you, or advice about career opportunities. Our undergraduate advisor, Teddy Kaul, welcomes conversations with Art History majors and Material Culture Certificate holders, potential majors or certificate holders, and any students interested in learning more about Art History department.
