The Dane County Farmers’ Market (DCFM) will hold four Holiday Markets at Monona Terrace on November 18, December 2, December 9, and December 16. The Holiday Markets will be located in Exhibition Hall B (11/18, 12/2, 12/16) and in Ballroom ABCD (12/9). The markets are open to the public from 7:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m.
Join us for four special markets this Holiday Season. Stock up for your Thanksgiving meal with Wisconsin-grown cranberries, potatoes, vegetables, baked goods, artisan cheese and a wide selection of meats. During December, you’ll find the same Wisconsin-grown goodness for your holiday meals plus a diverse array of locally produced soaps, candles, wreaths, and dried flowers to give to friends and family.
An exciting holiday gift this year is the new Dane County Farmers’ Market Cookbook: Local Foods, Global Flavors, which just went into a second printing. You can find the cookbook for sale at all of our Holiday Markets at the Information Booth, just inside the entrance of the market. Author Terese Allen will be autographing cookbooks from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the 12/2 and 12/9 markets. Pair a cookbook with fresh, seasonal, local ingredients for a memorable gift.
SNAP/EBT Services will be provided from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Information Booth.
Coffee will be available for purchase courtesy of Monona Terrace. Parking is available in the Monona Terrace Parking Facility for a $5 flat rate.
