Please join us at the reception for Life After Life on Friday, April 17th, from 6-8 pm. The exhibition traces art as part of the patterns of life; in dialogue with nature, in the performance of the everyday, and through negotiations of autobiography in one’s work. The artworks that make up Life After Life interrogate what is lost and gained in cycles of repetition. The reception will take place next to the exhibition in room 6311 of the George L. Mosse Humanities Building.
Life After Life will take place between April 11th and 30th, and is curated by Art History graduate students Sophia Longo and Defne Oruç, as well as Miranda Lile, who are students in the class Art 470: Artists as Curators/Curators as Artists. Please learn more about the exhibition here.
