Ph.D. student, Ehsan Behbahani-Nia, is embarking on a journey across the Balkans as part of the Connecting Art Histories–Beyond the Northern Aegean initiative, sponsored by the Getty Foundation. From May 31 to June 11 2023, Ehsan and a distinguished group of international scholars, all with a profound interest in ancient architecture and architectural exchanges in the Mediterranean, will explore important ancient Thracian and Greek Colony sites, delving into their rich historical and artistic significance.
