Student Spotlight: Lindsay Wells (Ph.D. Candidate) Receives Postdoc at UCLA

Lindsay Wells (Ph.D. Candidate) has received an Ahmanson-Getty Postdoctoral Fellowship with the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library and Center for 17th- and 18th-Century Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. She will spend the next academic year working on her first book project, “The Horticultural Politics of British Painting, 1848–1910.” She will also participate in the Center’s 2021–22 Core Program “Victorian Apocalypse: The siècle at Its fin.”
