Ph.D. Candidate Özlem Eren attended the research methods workshop on “Exploring Early Modern Maps” on Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Newberry Library in Chicago, IL. The workshop was hosted by the Newberry’s Center for Renaissance Studies. This workshop, led by James Akerman (Emeritus Curator of Maps), covered a variety of maps and atlases from the collection of Newberry Library in order to explore diverse aspects of cartographic materials.
